Beth Vann (Burbage) has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Beth is currently the Vice President of Customer Success at Quantuvos, a professional development community with a focus on coaching. Prior to this, they served as the Chief of Staff & Director of Coaching at the same company and worked as an Executive Coach.

Beth also has experience as the Chief Executive Officer at Burbage Talent Services and First American. At First American, they served as the Director of Executive Development. Additionally, Beth has worked as the National Vice President of Talent Management at Prospect Medical Holdings, where they led talent development initiatives for a large healthcare organization.

Earlier in their career, Beth held the position of Vice President of Organizational Development at Silverado Care, where they managed leadership development programs and processes for a multi-state organization.

Beth Vann (Burbage) obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton. Beth also holds several additional certifications, which include being a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator since March 2019. Beth has also obtained certifications in the 360 Degree Leadership Assessment, Big 5 Performance, Emotional Intelligence - EQi 2.0, FrontLine Leadership, Harrison Assessment, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), People Skills, and Seven Habits of Highly Successful People.
