W. Cliff Kayser, III

W. Cliff Kayser, III has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and positions. W. Cliff started their career as a Consulting Partner at Melanie Moeller & Associates in 2009 and worked as an Executive Coach at Nebo Company and an Associate at The Wolf Group in the same year. In 2009, they also served as Adjunct Faculty at both American University and The Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, where they specialized in teaching the Polarity Coaching Module. In 2011, Kayser became a Coaching Fellow at the George Mason Center for the Advancement of Well-being. W. Cliff then assumed the role of CEO/Senior Fellow at the Institute for Polarities of Democracy in 2017, leveraging theoretical idealism and practical realism.
