Iris Vink

Iris Vink has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and management. Iris most recently worked as the Head of People at QuantWare, where they played a key role in the development and accessibility of superconducting Quantum Hardware. Prior to this, Iris worked as a freelancer providing HR management and consulting services for Ivy Talent and as an HR Business Partner at Middleby Outdoor. Iris also served as the EMEA HR and Recruiting Manager at SkyKick, where they later took on the role of HR Business Partner for EMEA APAC. Additionally, Iris has had freelance assignments at Qubics, Eporta, and Andarr, where they offered strategic HR advice and coaching. Iris was also the HR Manager at UXP Systems, responsible for setting up their Amsterdam office. Iris has also been involved in the non-profit sector, serving as a member of JCI Kennemerland and JCI Rotterdam, and held the position of Treasurer on the local JCI board. Overall, Iris Vink has a strong background in HR, with experience in both corporate and freelance roles, as well as a passion for making a positive impact in the field.

Iris Vink's education history begins with their attending the Atheneum, Kalsbeek College from 1992 to 1999, where they obtained a degree in Atheneum. In 1996 to 1997, Iris studied at T.C.Roberson in North Carolina, U.S.A., focusing on their Senior Year of high school.

Following their high school education, from 2000 to 2002, Iris went to the University of St Andrews, majoring in Art History.

Later, from 2004 to 2006, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree with first-class honors in History of Art and Architecture from the University of Reading.

In 2007 to 2008, Iris attended the Courtauld Institute of Art at the University of London, where they acquired a Master of Arts degree in The Arts of Florence during the Age of Lorenzo the Magnificent.

In terms of additional certifications, Iris became an Affiliate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) in July 2019. In February 2011, they obtained a Diploma Uitzendmedewerker from the SEU - Stichting Examens Uitzendbranche. Additionally, they received a CIM Certificate in Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing in June 2004.
