Daphne Verstegen

Daphne Verstegen is an experienced consultant in information management currently working at Quarant and serving as an information advisor for the municipality of Helmond. With a strong background in project leadership and implementation of public policies, Daphne has played pivotal roles in various municipalities, including leading projects for the implementation of the Open Government Act and managing applications in the environmental domain.
