Marco Wagemakers

Marco Wagemakers is a seasoned professional in strategic information management and digital consultancy, currently serving as a Sr. Consultant at Quarant BV since September 2023. With a strong focus on addressing digital challenges faced by local governments, Marco leads various projects, including the "Herijking Zaakgericht Werken" for the municipality of Houten and advising on geo-strategies across multiple municipalities. Previous experience includes roles at Esri Nederland, where Marco supported provincial clients in leveraging geospatial information, and successfully facilitating collaboration in geospatial initiatives. Marco holds a Master’s Degree in Geo-Information and Remote Sensing from Wageningen University & Research, complemented by further education in IT Architecture and Leadership.
