Previously, they worked at companies like Manulife, Aviva, Nestle Canada, McCain Foods Canada, Kraft Foods, and International Motor Trading Ltd. Throughout their career, they have held positions such as Global Director of Marketing Portfolio Optimization and Reporting, Global Director of Customer Experience Strategy NPS, AVP of Strategic Insights Marketing and Customer CX, Business Planning and Sales Execution Leader, and Sales Planning and Strategy Manager, among others. Michael has demonstrated expertise in customer experience, marketing, sales planning, category management, and business operations.
Michael Fong, CCXP, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Toronto - University of St. Michael's College.
