Dimitri Hélias

Dimitri Hélias is an experienced professional specializing in urban property division and legal studies, currently serving as an intervenant for M2 students at Université de Rennes since December 2022. Since September 2018, Dimitri has held the position of Géomètre-Expert Associé and directeur technique at QUARTA, overseeing the complex divisions and legal studies sector, particularly in the context of the development of major urban areas in the West of France. Prior experience includes a role as responsable of the complex land division service at Gexpertise from May 2014 to September 2018, where leadership was provided to a team of engineers, jurists, and surveyors. Dimitri's previous roles include extensive involvement in copropriété processes and technical projects.
