Rich Allan

Rich Allan has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on justice and public safety. Rich began their career as a consultant with British Columbia Buildings Corporation, before moving to ITI International Technology Integration Inc. in 1991. In 1996, they joined Sierra Systems as Consulting Director for the Justice Practice. Rich remained with the company for 12 years before joining JDS Uniphase in July 2000 as Information Systems Manager for the Victoria location. Rich left JDS Uniphase in February 2002 to join Quartech as Vice President of Business Development.

Rich Allan has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Victoria.

Rich Allan reports to David Marshall, Chief Executive Officer/Founder. Some direct reports include Carol Ann Darling - Director, Sales and Delivery Support, Brad Wray - Microsoft Practice Lead, and Blair Newhouse - Account Executive. Rich Allan works with and Dean Colpman - Vice President, Service Delivery.
