Marina Shastun

Prior to joining Quarter Partners, Marina worked for 12 years in HR in international companies, leaders in pharmaceutical, agricultural and telecommunication markets, namely Sanofi, Monsanto and Lifecell. Successfully launched a project on building the HR function from scratch, implemented automated solutions in the processes of potential and efficiency evaluation, HR reserve development and internal communications. Marina was frequently responsible for creating and implementing the training and development programs for personnel, was a curator of internship programs for University students.
