Tina Tenney, SHRM-CP

Tina Tenney, SHRM-CP, has extensive work experience in various roles within the field of human resources. Tina is currently the Director of People Operations at Quartz IP, a position they have held since April 2023. Prior to this, Tina served as the Director of People Operations at Aurora North Software, Inc. from April 2019 to April 2023. Before transitioning to the technology sector, they worked at Saint Michael's College for several years in progressively responsible roles, including Director of Human Resources from 2013 to 2018, Associate Director of Human Resources from 2010 to 2013, and Associate Director of Human Resources - Compensation and Benefits from 2001 to 2010. Tina began their career as a Compensation Analyst at Banknorth Group, where they worked from 1997 to 2000.

Tina Tenney, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Psychology from Johnson State College. Tina has also obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
