Amy Klecker

Amy Klecker, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in organizational learning and development, currently serving as Manager of OL&D Systems & Instructional Design at Quartz Health Solutions since May 2017. Prior roles within the organization include Supervisor and Specialist positions in OL&D Systems. Before joining Quartz, Amy worked as a Part-Time Recruiting Assistant at Spherion and enhanced HR operations as a Student HR Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. An internship at Unity Health Insurance provided hands-on experience in recruitment, process improvement, and employee training. Amy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
