Andrew Millar

Andrew Millar is an experienced instructional designer and leader with expertise in program design and development, training creation, and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Instructional Designer at Quartz Health Solutions, Andrew has extensive experience in onboarding, systems training, and leadership development, as well as leading cross-functional teams to assess training needs. Prior roles include Supervisor of Organizational Learning and Development and Instructional Designer, where Andrew developed e-learning and in-person training for employees. Andrew has also owned and operated 5 Whys Instructional Design, providing consulting services and change management strategies. Previous experience includes roles as an E-learning Developer and Proposal Writer/Editor at Renaissance Learning, Freelance Writer and Editor, and various editing positions. Andrew holds a BA in English, an MFA in Creative Writing, and an Instructional Design Certificate from the University of Wisconsin.
