Lisa Sikkema

Lisa Sikkema's work experience includes a position as Director of Enterprise Data Governance at Quartz Health Solutions since May 2022. In this role, they are responsible for developing and implementing the organization's first Enterprise Data Governance Program and strategy. Lisa also collaborates with executive leadership and liaises with departments and Information Services (IS) support teams on complex data governance projects.

Prior to their current position, Lisa worked as an Enterprise Data & Analytics Governance Manager at Spectrum Health from February 2021 to May 2022. Lisa has also held various roles at Priority Health, starting as a Senior Financial Analyst in 1989 and eventually becoming an Analytics Project Portfolio Manager from September 2014 to February 2021. During their time at Priority Health, Lisa led the implementation and maturation of the data governance program and played a key role in portfolio management and SAFe Agile leadership.

Additionally, Lisa served as the Board Secretary at the Data Governance Professionals Organization from March 2015 to December 2016. Before their time in the healthcare industry, they worked as a Financial Analyst at Spectrum Health and as an Auditor at KPMG.

Lisa Sikkema's education history includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Accounting and General Business from Western Michigan University. Lisa also holds an Associates degree in Business from Grand Rapids Community College.

In terms of additional certifications, Lisa has obtained the SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager Certification from Scaled Agile in January 2020. Lisa also obtained the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in July 2014. Furthermore, Lisa is a Certified Public Accountant, which they obtained in June 1987.
