Sam Waterman

Sam Waterman, CD, P. Eng, ing., currently serves as Sector Lead for the National Capital Region at Quasar Consulting Group since February 2023. Waterman has an extensive background in engineering and project management, beginning as a Jr. Field Engineer at PCL Construction and advancing through roles such as Designer and Project Engineer at WSP in Canada. Additionally, Waterman has served as an Associate Engineer at The Mitchell Partnership Inc. and holds the position of Captain as a Reserve Force Artillery Officer with the Canadian Forces since January 2008. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ottawa, supplemented by experiential learning opportunities at various organizations, including Transport Canada and DEW Engineering and Development ULC.
