Jesús P.

Jesús P. has worked for a variety of companies since 1989. Jesús began their career at FUSADES as an Executive of Credit for the MYPE and later ascended to the position of Research and Development of credit methodologies. At Banco Central de Reserva de El Salvador, they supported the MYPE Credit Unit of the BCR for credit opening in the Private Bank. Jesús then moved to Banco Multisectorial de Inversiones (BMI), now BANDESAL, as a Microfinance Specialist, where they were responsible for creating public policies for access to credit and other services for MYPES. From 2000 to 2015, they worked as General Manager at FUNDAMICRO, where they strengthened institutional entities of microfinance nationally and internationally, and executed BID projects in El Salvador and Honduras. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as an Associated Professor at Universidad de El Salvador. Currently, they are a Business Partner at QUASH.ai.

Jesús P. has a Master's degree in Business Administration and Finance from the Universidad Centroamericana José Simeon Cañas, which they obtained from 1998 to 2000. Jesús also holds a Licenciatura from the same institution, which they obtained from 1982 to 1989.
