Ann Wilson

Ann Wilson has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Ann currently holds the position of AVP/CFO at Quatrro Business Support Services since 2022. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2023, they served as the Chief Financial Officer of Eremid Research Services, Inc., and DHMRI.

Before entering the private sector, Ann held several finance-related positions in the public sector. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a Debt Manager for the City of Charlotte, where they were responsible for debt service planning and budgeting for various funds. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2014, they served as the Finance Director for Cabarrus County, North Carolina, where they oversaw budgeting, debt management, and financial reporting.

Ann has also gained valuable experience as a business owner and consultant. From 2003 to 2012, they were the President and Owner of Wilson and Associates Consulting, Inc., providing financial advisory services to healthcare agencies. Additionally, they served as the Director of Financial Services at Mecklenburg Area Program in 2002 and as the Chief Financial Officer at Piedmont Behavioral Healthcare from 1991 to 2002.

Throughout their career, Ann has demonstrated expertise in areas such as finance, budgeting, debt management, accounting, and financial reporting. Ann has also managed staff, implemented processes, and contributed to policy development.

Ann Wilson obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Wake Forest University, where they studied from 1978 to 1982. Ann later pursued a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Pfeiffer University, completing it between 1987 and 1990. In terms of certifications, Ann Wilson achieved the designation of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the NC Board of CPA Examiners in October 1984.
