Rusty Parrish-Turner

Rusty Parrish-Turner has a comprehensive work experience spanning several positions in the field of Human Resources.

Their most recent role, starting in 2022, is as the Director of Human Resources at Quatrro Business Support Services.

Prior to that, from 2020 to 2022, they served as the Regional Human Resources Director at AbleHearts Administrative Services Midwest. In this role, they provided HR support to several skilled nursing facilities in Northern Illinois, as well as additional communities in Southern Illinois and Missouri.

From 2019 to 2020, Rusty worked as the Director of Human Resources at Clarity Clinic Chicago. Rusty led the HR department for four psychiatric clinics in the Chicago area, overseeing a team of 130+ employees. During their tenure, they successfully increased the number of employees by 100% through recruitment efforts.

Before joining Clarity Clinic Chicago, Rusty held the position of Director of Human Resources at Wyndemere Senior Living from 2017 to 2019.

From 2016 to 2017, they served as the Corporate Director of Human Resources at Asbury Place.

Rusty's professional journey also includes a previous tenure at Wyndemere Senior Living from 2010 to 2016, where they held the position of Director of Human Resources.

From 2005 to 2008, Rusty worked as the Senior Director of Human Resources at McKendree Village, Inc. In this role, they were responsible for administering all aspects of HR for a workforce of 350 employees.

Before that, from 2003 to 2005, they were a Manager in the Affiliated Entities HR department at Vanderbilt University. There, they provided direction and counsel to management on HR matters for over 2000 employees.

Rusty's early career involved working as an Employee Relations Specialist at Thomas Nelson, Inc from 2002 to 2003. In this role, they provided guidance to management on all aspects of employee hiring, development, and management for a workforce of 550+ employees located across multiple states.

Rusty Parrish-Turner obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus in Personnel Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, graduating in 1985. Rusty then pursued a Master of Divinity degree in Theological and Ministerial Studies from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, completing their studies in 1989. Later, Rusty attended Auburn University at Montgomery from 1994 to 1996, earning a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management. Prior to their higher education, they completed their high school education from Carter High School between the years 1978 to 1981. Additionally, Rusty obtained the SHRM-CP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management in April 2015.
