Timothy Roosen

Timothy Roosen is a seasoned professional in quality management and engineering, currently serving as Head of Quality, Reliability & Support at Quatt since September 2024. Prior to this role, Timothy held several key positions at Dott, including Director of Hardware, where leadership was provided for the e-bike and e-scooter hardware product strategy, and Head of Quality, Health and Safety, emphasizing an integrated approach to quality and operational excellence. Timothy's background also includes significant contributions at Tritium Pty Ltd as Quality Manager Europe and EU Lead Quality and Continuous Improvement Engineer, where foundational work was done in establishing high-quality production standards. Earlier experience includes roles at Mitsubishi Turbocharger and Engine Europe B.V., AuCom, and Cavotec, showcasing expertise in operational efficiency, lean methodologies, and project quality engineering.
