Rumyana Stoykova, PMP®, EMBA, currently serves as the Director of Business Development and Partnerships at Sciant, where responsibilities include managing key projects, leading cross-functional teams, and participating as a Board Member following the company’s acquisition by Sirma Group Holding. With extensive experience at Sirma Solutions since 2005, Rumyana has held several leadership roles, including Director of Business Development, Head of Business Unit for Retail Technology Products and Solutions, and Head of International Business Development and Sales. Rumyana's expertise encompasses project management, sales and contract negotiations, strategic planning, and stakeholder relations, complemented by an Executive MBA from Hult Ashridge and advanced degrees in International Business and Informatics.
