Vivian Stroeken has extensive experience in various HR and people-focused roles. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at ManpowerGroup Nederland, where they served as a Senior Program Manager, leading the transformation of the organization. Vivian also worked as a Strategic Assistant to the CEO, providing strategic advice and consulting services to the CEO and other executives.

In 2019, Vivian joined Coolblue, where they held multiple positions. As the Manager HR Systems & People Analytics, they were responsible for developing and implementing HR systems and people analytics strategies in multiple countries. As the Manager Workspaces Improvement, they led a team in creating a happy and healthy workplace for over 7,000 employees. Additionally, as the Manager Organization & Employee Development Tech, they designed and implemented people growth programs and talent management processes, among other responsibilities.

Currently, Vivian is the Head of People & Culture at Quatt, a role they started in 2023. In this position, they are responsible for developing and implementing strategies related to talent attraction, development, and retention, and ensuring alignment with overall company goals.

Vivian Stroeken's education history is as follows:

From 2019 to 2019, Vivian Stroeken attended INSEAD, where they studied Gender Diversity. Vivian did not pursue a specific degree during this time.
