Jean-Charles Gourc

Jean-Charles Gourc is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in quantitative and software engineering roles. Currently serving as the Quantitative Technology Director for Events Trading at Qube Research & Technologies since July 2018, Jean-Charles previously held positions at J.P. Morgan Asset Management and J.P. Morgan, where responsibilities included leading software development as Vice President for Global Research Technology and Corporate & Investment Bank divisions. Earlier experience at Société Générale involved front office development for market making and electronic trade management. Jean-Charles holds an Engineer’s Degree in Information Technology and Finance from the National School of Computer Science and Applied Mathematics of Grenoble and a Master’s Degree in Finance from IAE FRANCE.
