Laura Tulsie has over 15 years of work experience in various roles. Laura began their career in 2006 as a Manager for Cohn Restaurant Group. In 2009, they moved to George's at the Cove as an Accounting/POS (Aloha) Administrator. From 2013 to 2018, they held various roles at SDCR Business Systems, including Product Specialist & Manager of Database Administration, Product Specialist, Project Manager - Major Accounts, and Aloha Help Desk Technician/Trainer/Shift Lead. In 2019, they became Manager of Support Services at AVIT. The following year, they began working at Accel Robotics as Technical Support Manager, where they were responsible for developing and evolving their support capability, integrating seamlessly with key partners and vendors, and gathering and analyzing data on support issues and metrics. In 2021, they joined The Madera Group as Manager of Technology and Qu POS as Senior Enterprise Project Manager - Solution Design and Senior Project Manager - Implementation.
Laura Tulsie began their educational journey in 2002 when they attended the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and studied Special Education and Spanish until 2004. Laura then moved on to San Diego Mesa College from 2004 to 2007, where they studied Sign Language Interpretation and Translation. From 2006 to 2009, they attended San Diego State University and studied Linguistics. Finally, from 2009 to 2010, they attended American Public University and studied Hospitality Administration/Management. In addition to their educational background, Laura Tulsie holds three certifications; an Engineer/Technician Degree from ConnectWise obtained in May 2019, a Service Manager Degree from ConnectWise obtained in May 2019, and a NSS Channel Technician Certification from NCR Corporation obtained in July 2015.
