Dragos Metea

Dragos Metea is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and technology management across multiple industries. Currently serving as Chief Operations Officer at Qubiz since September 2024, Dragos previously held the position of Vice President of Customer Success at Nasdaq from January 2020 to September 2024, and was the CEO of Druid from April 2018 to April 2019. Past roles include VP of Engineering at Tradeshift and Technology Manager at Capgemini BPO | IBX Business Network, where Dragos managed large teams and executed strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, including a successful DevOps transformation. Dragos also served as Outsourcing Managing Director and Project Manager at TotalSoft, having begun a career that started with software development roles in the late 1990s following a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
