Tcaciuc Mugurel

Tcaciuc Mugurel has over a decade of experience in software development and engineering. Tcaciuc started their career as an SW Intern at Continental in 2009 and then worked as an SW Intern again in 2010. Tcaciuc later joined the company as a System Engineer, where they developed and executed manual and automated system tests and improved the test process through the development of electronic devices.

In 2011, Tcaciuc moved to Autoliv, where they worked as an Embedded Software Developer, focusing on the software development of Airbag Control Units and configuring AUTOSAR BSW modules. Tcaciuc also collaborated with external engineering groups to resolve software-related issues.

Following their time at Autoliv, Tcaciuc joined Emerson Process Management as an Embedded Software Developer. In this role, they worked on developing embedded software.

In 2015, Tcaciuc joined Altran Romania as a Model Based Software Development Engineer, where they worked on model-based software development. Tcaciuc later became the Model Based Software Development Team Leader, leading a team in the same domain.

Tcaciuc then moved to ARRK Research & Development SRL Romania in 2017, where they worked as a Software Development Engineer. After that, they joined NTT DATA as a Software Development Engineer, specializing in software development.

From 2018 to 2023, Tcaciuc worked at Accenture Industrial Software Solutions as a Software Development Engineer, developing software solutions. Tcaciuc is currently working at Qubiz in the same role.

Throughout their career, Tcaciuc has gained extensive experience in software development and engineering, specifically in embedded systems and model-based software development.

Tcaciuc Mugurel has a diverse education history. Tcaciuc obtained a Master's degree in Psychology of Human Resources and Organizational Health from Babeș-Bolyai University between the years 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they pursued another Master's degree in Systems and Control from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Technical University of Iasi, from 2010 to 2012. Mugurel also holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Automation from Katholieke Hogeschool 'Sint-Lieven', Gent, which they completed in 2010 after studying for a year. Furthermore, they have completed their Bachelor's degree in Automatics and Industrial Informatics from Universitatea „Ștefan cel Mare” din Suceava, although the specific dates for this degree are not provided.
