Nada Petitclerc has over 15 years of experience in customer care, administration, and quality assurance across various companies. Currently working at the Québec City Convention Centre since September 2016, Nada previously held an administrative position at Trust Eterna from April 2014 to January 2018. Before that, Nada served as a QA Analyst at International Financial Data Services Canada (IFDS) from November 2008 to March 2014, where responsibilities included process improvement to mitigate risks associated with SLA breaches and supporting audit processes. From 2000 to 2008, Nada was a Supervisor of Registered Products at CI Investments, managing a team focused on tax administration, compliance, and conducting audits. Nada holds a diploma in Administration from College O'Sullivan de Quebec.
