Implementation Manager at QueBIT

Karen Arntz is the current Implementation Manager at QueBIT. Karen has over 20 years of experience in management, IT, and project development.

Arntz started their career as a Computer Support Specialist at GSA in 1990. Karen quickly transitioned into programming and became a Sr. Programmer Analyst at Maxim Consulting Group in 1998. In 2002, they became an IT Lead Business Analyst and Project Manager at CSC. And in 2005, they became the Manager of ePayment Operations at ETS.

At ETS, Arntz was responsible for the management and oversight of functions related to providing ETS Strategic Business units with mechanisms to accept and process electronic payments for a diverse suite of products and services. This included the processing and deposit of physical payment instruments. Karen was with ETS for over 12 years before moving on to their current position at QueBIT.

In their current role as Implementation Manager, Arntz is responsible for leading and managing IT implementations for clients. Karen has extensive experience in all aspects of project management, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring and controlling, and closing.

Arntz has a proven track record of successful project delivery, and is known for their ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality. Karen is an expert in project management methodology and tools, and is highly skilled in both waterfall and agile methodologies.

Karen Arntz has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance, General from Holy Family University and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mathematics and Computer Science from Holy Family University.
