Drew Eller

Drew Eller has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in hospice care. Starting in 2007, Drew worked as a Linkage Intensive Case Manager at Lutheran Social Services of Illinois, where they provided case management services and collaborated with hospital clinicians for successful discharge planning. In 2009, they joined VITAS Healthcare as a Case Worker, coordinating over 100 admissions per month and maintaining relationships with nursing and rehabilitation facilities. In 2014, Drew became an Admission Coordinator at VITAS Healthcare, facilitating communication between clinicians, marketers, and administrative staff and developing relationships with referral sources. Drew then transitioned to the role of VITAS Representative in 2015, where they created and maintained reliable referral sources in underdeveloped markets. In 2017, Drew worked as a Regional Director of Market Development at three different hospice companies - Queen City Hospice, Day City Hospice, and Capital City Hospice. Throughout their career, Drew has demonstrated their skills in relationship-building, coordination, and market development in the healthcare industry.
