Trinia Wintz

Trinia Wintz has a diverse and extensive work history in the education field. Trinia began their career as a Lead Preschool Teacher at Learning Care Group in April 2008 and was promoted to Assistant Director in June 2010. In July 2011, they became a Center Director, where they managed staff, accounts payable, health and safety systems, and implemented appropriate practices in early childhood education. Trinia also connected with the community, handled marketing and budgeting, and implemented a food program for over 131 children. Trinia excelled in providing excellent customer service, leadership, and dedication. In November 2014, Trinia joined Knowledge Universe as a Center Director. Here, they made significant achievements, including restructuring the program, hiring new staff, implementing health and safety measures, and obtaining NAEYC accreditation. Trinia also improved enrollment and net revenue by 80%, built community relationships, organized charity events, and prevented a school closure. Trinia then joined The Goddard School in July 2016 as the Director of Education, where they continued to contribute their expertise until August 2017. Currently, they are working as a Substitute Teacher at Queen Creek Unified School District, where they have been a long-term substitute for 6th grade ELA since September 2017.

Trinia Wintz completed an Associate of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Mt. San Jacinto College, starting in 2006 and finishing in 2008. After that, they attended Concordia University Irvine from 2008 to 2010, earning a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies with a focus on Business Administration and Management. More recently, they pursued a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education Curriculum and Instruction from Arizona State University, from 2016 to 2019.
