Sylvia Rilian Bury

Sylvia Rilian BURY is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in luxury services and tourism. Currently serving as the Senior Product and Training Specialist, Product Developer, Account Director USA, and Luxury Experience Designer at Queen of Clubs Lifestyle Luxury Services since June 2015, Sylvia has demonstrated a diverse skill set in product development and high-end customer service. Prior to this role, Sylvia worked at BELLAVISTA as an Account Manager for Exotic Destinations from 2013 to 2015, and at Elite Havens Luxury Villa Rentals and Management as a Villa Specialist in the Customer Service Department from 2011 to 2013. Sylvia's career began at Chic Events Bali, where Sylvia held the position of Client Service Manager from 2009 to 2011. Sylvia holds a Master of Science degree in Tourism Studies from Universitas Gadjah Mada, earned between 2007 and 2009.
