Jacqueline M. has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Jacqueline started their career as an Employment Specialist at Weill Cornell Medical College in 1995 and worked there until 2003. Jacqueline then joined The New York Botanical Garden as an Associate VP for Human Resources and Administration, where they served from 2003 to 2013. Since 2013, they have been associated with Queens Library, initially serving as the Assistant Director, Senior Human Resources Partner. Later, they held the role of Director of Human Resources and recently, they have been working as the Vice President of Human Resources at Queens Library. In their roles, Jacqueline has demonstrated expertise in various HR functions such as talent acquisition and development, policy management, compliance monitoring, employee engagement, and performance management.
