Nusrat Alam

Nusrat Alam is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in community organizing, instructional design, and leadership coaching. As the Chief Executive Officer of I Am Perspective since December 2017, Nusrat has fostered strong community relationships and facilitated discussions on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Additionally, Nusrat serves as a Leadership Coach for the Queens County Democratic Party and a Judicial Delegate for New York State's 24th Assembly District. Previous roles include Creative Director at American Bengali Creative Designs and various positions at organizations like the New York City Housing Authority and Allen School of Health Sciences, where Nusrat managed internships and career services. Nusrat holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Stony Brook University.
