Louise Smith

Louise is the Director of Neighbourhood Services, joining Queens Cross Housing Association in 2011.

Louise’s housing career began at Derwentside District Council, a Durham based local authority. Her early work with the authority raised an awareness of financial exclusion issues and a passion for tenant engagement. In 1997 Louise moved to Enterprise 5, a community based housing association involved in regeneration projects across the North East of England.

From 2006 Louise was Head of Property and Customer Services for NomadE5 Housing Association, responsible for asset management, planned and responsive maintenance and the delivery of customer focussed front line services.
