Nicole Fowler

Nicole Fowler, CSCMP, serves as the Associate Director of Strategic Procurement Services at Queen's University since January 2004, overseeing procurement systems, accounts payable, business services, and logistics. Nicole has previously held roles including Associate Director of Procurement Operations, where responsibilities included managing the University's Procure to Pay toolset and leading sourcing projects for significant university initiatives. With expertise in negotiations, supplier analysis, and procurement strategy, Nicole has been pivotal in securing value for the university while monitoring and recommending procedural changes. Prior to Queen's University, Nicole worked at Team Industrial Services as an Administrator/ISO Coordinator, handling administrative tasks and ISO program management. Nicole earned a Business Administration diploma from Loyalist College between 1994 and 1997.
