Sheila Sabanal-Lau

Sheila Sabanal-Lau is the Director of Human Resources at QueensCare and QueensCare Health Centers. She received her master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Chapman University and she currently holds a Professional in Human Resources Certificate (PHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI), which is the premier credentialing organization for the Human Resources Professional.

Sheila is passionate about creating a vibrant and thriving work culture with a strong focus on staff and leadership development initiatives. Sheila has been in the HR field for 15 years and in an HR leadership position for 10 years. After establishing her career in the manufacturing and software sector, Sheila pursued her career in the healthcare industry where she continues to help her employees help their communities.
