Alisha Steward is an experienced aquatic ecologist with a professional background at the Queensland Government since May 2001, currently serving in the Queensland Department of Science, Information Technology, Innovation and the Arts. Alisha has also held the position of Adjunct Research Fellow at Griffith University since August 2013, and previously completed a PhD in Ecology at Griffith University from 2008 to 2012. Alisha obtained a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Ecology and Botany from The University of Queensland between 1997 and 2000.
