Emily Howe is an experienced aquatic ecologist currently working at The Nature Conservancy since April 2016. Prior to this role, Emily served as a post-doctoral researcher and Delta Science Fellow at the School of Aquatic and Fishery Sciences from 2013 to April 2016. Emily's career in conservation began with a stewardship internship at The Nature Conservancy in 2001-2002. Emily holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Fisheries and landscape ecology, as well as a Master's degree in Aquatic & Fishery Sciences, both from the University of Washington. Additionally, Emily earned a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies and biology from Middlebury College.
