Anthony Bice has extensive experience in customer relations and training, currently serving as a Customer Relations Professional with the Queensland Government since 2007. Prior to this role, Anthony worked as a Customer Retention Professional at Suncorp Group from September 2006 to November 2007 and held the position of Customer Service Manager at Westpac from October 2000 to September 2006. Anthony's educational qualifications include a Diploma of Vocational Education and Training obtained from HBA Learning Centres Pty Ltd between 2016 and 2018, as well as a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment acquired from the same institution from 2014 to 2015. Anthony completed secondary education at Kenmore High School from 1981 to 1986.
