Catherine Gardiner

Catherine Gardiner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and business analysis, primarily within the Queensland Government since February 2006. Currently serving as the Director of the Customer and Digital Group, Catherine leads initiatives to enhance digital capabilities in government services. Previous roles include Director of Customer Channels, Project Manager, and Process Improvement Manager, where Catherine focused on customer-centric design, service delivery, and project execution, including significant system upgrades. Catherine also held positions at MFI Furniture Limited UK and Nestlé, where key contributions included managing transformational projects and developing vital business processes. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting from the Queensland University of Technology.
