Mark Cope

Mark Cope serves as a Senior Project Manager at Queensland Hydro, focusing on the delivery of the Upper Reservoir since July 2024. Prior experience includes a tenure at SunWater from July 2019 to July 2024, where Mark supported the delivery of Rookwood Weir and associated enabling works. Mark Cope also held the position of Principal & Executive Director at opt2go, providing operational and project management solutions in the Bulk Water, Oil & Gas, Mining, and utilities sectors. Additionally, Mark served as a Non-Executive Director for the Hope Foundation Ltd, and held various leadership roles at WorleyParsons, Downer EDi Engineering in Thailand, Nokia, Bovis Lend Lease, and Leighton Contractors, demonstrating extensive experience in project delivery and management across multiple industries. Mark holds a degree in Engineering, Civil & Computing from Monash University.
