Richard Plowes is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the engineering and construction sectors, particularly in water infrastructure, mining, and energy projects. Currently, Richard leads the Borumba Pumped Hydro Energy Storage Project at Queensland Hydro, overseeing geotechnical investigations and engineering teams.
