Gemma Davidson is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in people and culture management across diverse sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Director of People and Culture at the Queensland Performing Arts Centre (QPAC), Gemma has previously held significant roles including General Manager of People, Culture and Safety at Queensland Rugby League, and Human Resource Manager for National Storage. Additional experience includes positions at Milskil, Vincents, and Maurice Blackburn Lawyers, contributing to strategic HR initiatives and organizational development. Gemma holds a Bachelor of Behavioural Studies in Psychology from the University of Southern Queensland and an Advanced Diploma of Business in Human Resources from Southbank Institute of Technology, alongside an NVQ level 4 in Business Management.
