Derek Robertson

Derek Robertson is a Waste to Resources Planning Lead at Urban Utilities since March 2023. Prior to this role, Derek held various positions at Seqwater from January 2015 to February 2023, including Lead Planning Engineer - Treatment and Supply, Treatment Planning Engineer, and Asset Capability Engineer - Process. Derek began a career at KBR, Inc. as a Process Engineer from January 2006 to November 2014, specializing in the Water Engineering Group in Brisbane. Derek holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Queensland, completed between 2001 and 2005.
