Stephanie Hilber (Campbell) has a comprehensive background in procurement and contract management. Stephanie started their career as a Direct Marketing Co-ordinator at Mondial Assistance in 2008. Stephanie then moved on to work as a Procurement Officer at QBuild for a short period before joining Project Procure in 2011. At Project Procure, they held roles as a Procurement Consultant and later as a Senior Procurement Consultant, handling end-to-end procurement processes. In 2014, they transitioned to Urban Utilities where they worked as a Contract Manager, A/ Contracts & Assurance Services Leader, Procurement Specialist, and currently serves as the Procurement Portfolio Lead. Stephanie's diverse roles have equipped their with expertise in procurement, supply chain management, and contract negotiation.

Stephanie Hilber (Campbell) attended Tannum Sands SHS for their high school education. Stephanie then went on to Griffith University from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of International Business with a focus on Marketing and a Bachelor of Arts in Asian and International Studies with a focus on Business in Asia / Business and Government. In 2011, they completed the Prince2 Foundation Course at Blue Maple Project Management and the Procurement Professional Graduate Development Program at Queensland Government Chief Procurement Office. In 2012, they obtained certification as a Certified Contract Management Practitioner (CCMP) from the Contracting Body of Knowledge (CBoK) with a specialization in IACCM.
