David Collin

David Collin has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to clinical operations and data management in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.

David is currently working as the Senior Director of Clinical Operations at Quell Therapeutics since December 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Clinical Operations at Quell Therapeutics from October 2020 to December 2022.

Before joining Quell Therapeutics, David worked as the Director of Clinical Operations at Orchard Therapeutics from September 2019 to June 2020.

From June 2015 to June 2019, they held the position of Director of Clinical Operations at MiNA Therapeutics.

David also has experience working as a Senior Project Manager in Professional Services at Medidata Solutions from January 2015 to June 2015.

David has a background in academic research, having worked as the Early Phase Cancer Clinical Trials Portfolio Manager at Sarah Cannon Research Institute, UCL and UCLH from December 2011 to December 2014.

Prior to that, David worked at Sanofi Pasteur as the Platform Head of Clinical Operations - Data Management from June 2008 to November 2011.

David also has experience working as a Trial Data Manager at Novartis from October 2006 to May 2008, and as a Clinical Data Manager at Servier from April 2003 to October 2006.

David started their career in the clinical research industry as a Clinical Operations Assistant/Clinical Research Associate at ORION Clinical Services in 1999. David Collin attended the University of Montpellier from 1998 to 2003, where they pursued a degree in Msc Health Management Engineering. During their time at the university, David studied a range of subjects including pharmacy, pharmaceutical industry, regulations, clinical trials, engineering, and data management.
