Karen Vyse

Karen Vyse has over five years of experience in the field of reward and human resources. Karen'swork experience includes serving as the Director of Jayburg Ltd, a Senior Director of Total Rewards at Seqirus, and as a Global Reward Consultant at NTT and Freeline. Additionally, Karen has worked in interim roles, including as an Interim VP of Compensation and Benefits at Colt Technology Services, an Interim Head of Reward at Shawbrook Bank, and as an Interim Head of Global Reward at Abcam. Karen holds expertise in reward consulting and has experience in handling global HR operations. Currently, Karen is working as a Human Resources Consultant at Quell Therapeutics.

Karen Vyse attended Bushey Meads from 1971 to 1976. Later on, they attended Open University from 1990 to 1992, where they acquired a CIPD degree in Human Resources.
