Marc Martinez-Llordella began their work experience as a Research Intern at the University of Geneva, Department of Cell Biology in 2003. Marc then went on to work as a Research Intern at the University of California, San Francisco in 2008. In 2010, they became a Postdoctoral Researcher at the same institution. Marc then pursued a PhD at Universitat de Barcelona, where they researched from 2004 to 2009. Marc joined the University of California, San Francisco again in 2010 as a Postdoctoral Researcher. In 2013, Marc started working at King's College London as a Lecturer, eventually becoming a Senior Lecturer in 2015 and a Visiting Senior Lecturer in 2019. Concurrently, in 2019, Marc co-founded Quell Therapeutics, where they currently hold the position of Co-founder and VP Biology.
Marc Martinez-Llordella pursued their education at the Universitat de Barcelona. Marc first completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology from 1999 to 2004. Following this, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biomedicine from 2004 to 2009.
