Ricardo Joseph has a solid scientific background with extensive work experience in the field. Ricardo started their career as an Associate Researcher at the University of Birmingham in 2009, where they worked until 2016. During their time there, they gained valuable research experience. Following that, they joined King's College London as an Associate Researcher for a year before transitioning to GammaDelta Therapeutics, where they held roles as an Associate Scientist and later a Process Development Scientist from 2017 to 2020. In 2020, Ricardo joined TCR² Therapeutics Inc. and worked as a Manufacturing Scientist before being promoted to Manufacturing Scientist II. Ricardo stayed with the company until 2021.
