Stefanie Showell-Jones

Stefanie Showell-Jones has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership and management positions. Stefanie started their career at TRW, where they worked as a Recruiter/HR Manager from 1996 to 1999. Stefanie then joined AOL as a Sr. HR Manager from 1999 to 2004. Following that, they worked at Northrop Grumman-Mission Systems as a Sr. HR Manager from 2004 to 2005. Stefanie then joined Comcast, where they held various roles including Sr. Manager, Talent Management from 2005 to 2007, Regional Director of Talent Acquisition and Management from 2007 to 2008, Director of Human Resources Customer Care from 2008 to 2011, Regional Human Resources Director from 2010 to 2014, and finally as Regional Sr. Director Employee Relations from 2014 to 2016. After that, they worked at Republic Services as an Area Director of Human Resources from 2017 to 2020. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Quench USA, Inc. starting from September 2020.

Stefanie Showell-Jones obtained their Bachelor of Science degree from Boston University from 1990 to 1994. Stefanie pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the American University - Kogod School of Business, specializing in Human Resources Management, from 1994 to 1996.
