Tammi Breunig has extensive work experience in various roles within the customer service and operations field. Tammi started their career as a Unit Manager in the Personal Banking Officer Customer Service and Telesales department at MBNA America in 1997. Tammi then progressed to become a Unit Manager-Senior Personal Banking Officer Customer Marketing/Retention, where they managed a team of account managers and achieved top-performing team status by exceeding goals.

Tammi also worked as a Senior Strategy Manager in Customer Retention, where they developed and implemented projects to improve department results and support customer marketing efforts. Tammi later became a Quality Manager, where they headed quality and control efforts for the Customer Marketing department.

In 2006, Tammi joined Citizens as a Regional Lending Office Supervisor, responsible for audit compliance and risk mitigation for three DE Business Banking Centers. Tammi also managed a team of Relationship Assistants and liaised with Relationship Managers and customers to retain and service loan and deposit relations.

From 2009 to 2013, Tammi worked at Sallie Mae as a Senior Collections Manager, leading a team of account representatives and overseeing daily operation activities. Tammi then joined FMS - Financial Management Systems as the Director of Operations, where they directed operations to resolve defaulted student loans for the U.S. Department of Education.

Tammi's experience in the call center management field includes roles at Mattioni Plumbing, Heating & Cooling and Professional Plumbing Group, Inc. At Mattioni Plumbing, they served as a Call Center Operations Manager, managing the customer service call center and implementing training programs. At Professional Plumbing Group, they were a Call Center Manager responsible for supporting field sales professionals and ensuring order accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Currently, Tammi is the Director of Account Management at Quench USA, Inc., where they strategically lead and develops the operational management team to support customer care, sales, and field service. Tammi also collaborates with cross-functional teams and manages agendas, goals, and projects to enhance client experience and retention.
