Lionel Tambwe

Lionel Tambwe has a diverse work experience starting from 2017. Lionel worked as an Applecare Advisor at Apple, where they demonstrated skills in analyzing customer contact trends and patterns in a call center environment. From 2018 to 2019, Tambwe worked as a Reservations Sales representative at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., where they sold rooms through phones/emails and handled guest issues. In 2019, they joined MANGOPAY.com as a Financial Technical/Sales Agent, where they answered inbound and made outbound calls, helped users navigate the dashboard, and provided expert knowledge on various financial domains. From 2020 to 2021, Tambwe worked as a Sales Development Representative at IDG Direct, and currently, since 2022, they are serving as a Sales Development Representative at Quentic, marketing their software to B2B customers in the Benelux and Swiss markets.

Lionel Tambwe completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC) between 2011 and 2016. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma in Accounting and Finance from Guillaume Apollinaire High School between 2006 and 2009.
